RENTAL RELOCATION UK have tried to simplify their fee structure to make it uncomplicated for clients:
Deposit
Upon a clients confirmed instruction to work on their behalf a non-refundable deposit of £500 (plus VAT) is payable.
(Note: This deposit is deductible from the final fee at the end of a successful search)
Search Fee
Based on the figure of one months rental (plus VAT) this is payable upon signing of a lease on a suitable property.
(Note: This figure is agreed at the point of instruction regardless of the final figure negotiated on the clients behalf. If, however, a client changes their instruction materially during a search then Rental Relocation UK reserves the right to re-negotiate the fee)
Additional Services
Fees for additional services (such as organising removal companies, etc.) not included in the basic search and negotiations are subject to separate discussion Fees are agreed on an individual client basis.
