In every search for country rental property the importance of local knowledge cannot be overstated. Whereas in the sales market, properties can be readily found and researched via the internet and/or estate agents, most of whom have websites, in the rental market this is not the case. A large proportion of country rental properties are handled by tiny local letting agents and/or the land agents for large country estates and/or local individual surveyors, developers and private individuals who have no internet presence. Rental relocation is thus a far more time consuming and demanding process than it would at first appear.

The process for finding the clients ideal home begins with a director having an in depth discussion with the client. The discussions encompass not only the basics (size, location, budget and timescale, etc.) but other factors not often considered when purchasing but which are very relevant when renting. These can include such matters as to whether the property should be furnished or unfurnished, what break points should or should not be included in the lease, whether staff are to be employed as part of the package, whether children or perhaps animals (ie. the family dog) are allowed. 

RENTAL RELOCATION UK then instruct one of their field agents to prepare a shortlist of suitable properties which are then inspected by the director responsible before submission to the client. Rental properties are in much shorter supply than sales properties and thus the final list submitted will often be short and to the point! 

After a property is chosen RENTAL RELOCATION UK will, if required, negotiate the best possible terms (not only the rent but any alterations to the terms such a break clauses, deposits, etc.) up to and including the signing of the lease. 

Following the signing of the lease the client can additionally instruct RENTAL RELOCATION UK to handle the remaining aspects of the move to the point where the client is installed in their new home. Fees for these additional services are subject to negotiation.
